Adult Faith Connections Bible Study Guide is a Bible study exposition written by pastors, leaders, and scholars to help group members go deeper in God's Word during and after the lesson. Each week, group members will gain a greater understanding of the focus passage, as well as have the opportunity to answer reflective questions to help them take time to consider the message of that week's session.

This summer’s sessions will focus on:

Unit 1: Hard Sayings of the New Testament
Have you ever wondered what Jesus meant when He said "If anyone . . . does not hate his father and mother, his wife and children, his brothers and sisters . . . he cannot be my disciple . . ." (Luke 14:26)? During this study, we will explore some of the harder sayings of the New Testament.

Unit 2: A Charge to Keep (1 Timothy)
Timothy was one of the apostle Paul’s closest colleagues. During his third missionary journey, Paul charged Timothy with the care of the church at Ephesus. In this unit, we will examine Paul’s first letter to Timothy and discover how this first-century letter was written to us as well.
