Pastor John Duff

Hey, John. What should we know about you as a person?

I’m a twin, and soccer is my favorite sport. (Go Arsenal!)  I enjoy woodworking projects, making functional and beautiful pieces. Exercising at the gym or running outside are good stress relievers for me.

I have been happily married to my wonderful wife Charlotte since June 2022.  We enjoy hiking and being outside together as well as eating good food.  Charlotte has taught me a lot about gardening.  We have two young nephews whom we love dearly. And a last bit about me… I really like trees.

What should we know about your role as Pastor at Trinity GMC?

As a Pastor, I get the incredible opportunity of traveling with people in their journey with God, inviting and challenging them to grow! Here at Trinity, we have a great leadership team who dearly loves the church and has hopes and dreams for us.

While I love preaching on Sundays, my favorite thing to do is help groups of people grow in their faith and work together as a team to reach a shared vision. Trinity is a church that is hopeful and excited to grow and impact their community. As we join God, we pray for his Kingdom to come here in Princeton!

Pam Cobb

Hey, Pam. What should we know about you as a person?

I enjoy creating and creation. Currently, I enjoy quilting, creative journaling, and watercoloring. I feel alive when I am out in creation or when nature is coming into my home via sunshine, birds singing, or a blowing breeze.

I love camping out in my tent. The deeper in nature, the better. In October, I learned my cat Sophie enjoys camping out, also when we lived in a tent in the forest for a month.

What should we know about your role as administrative assistant at Trinity GMC?

I have served in Christian administrative positions in Kentucky, Illinois, and Minnesota. My mission from God is to “to enable Christians to be what He has called them to be.” Thus, everything I do is to help others—Pastor John to prepare bulletins, worship service PowerPoints, and communicate with church members and constituents. I serve as the Church Council secretary and as the church finance secretary.

I hope to improve communication processes at Trinity, especially for those who are considering visiting Trinity. I found my last three home churches through Google!

Lilly Rohrer

Children’s Minister

Hey, Lilly. What should we know about you as a person?

I grew up in Northeast Ohio and moved to Kentucky permanently after attending Asbury University, where I earned a bachelor’s degree in chemistry and a master’s degree in chemistry secondary education. I served 12 years as a high-school science teacher before transitioning to full-time motherhood. My family is my greatest joy. I love to spend time enjoying the outdoors with my husband Lucas and with my daughter. My favorite meal of the day is breakfast: bacon and eggs, pancakes, and a nice hot cup of coffee!

What should we know about your role as Children’s Minister at Trinity GMC?

As Children’s Minister, I serve as the Children’s Church teacher on Sunday mornings. We are currently working through the Old Testament using The Biggest Story curriculum. I strongly believe that good Biblical teaching is the bedrock of a healthy children’s program, and I am passionate about helping our children build a firm foundation in God’s Word and sound theology.

I also serve as the Children’s Ministry volunteer coordinator and chair of the Children’s Council. At Trinity, we are building toward additional opportunities for our children to grow in faith together. I am grateful to be part of strengthening and expanding a healthy children’s ministry at Trinity.
Proverbs 22:6: Train up a child in the way he should go; even when he is old he will not depart from it.

Matthew 19:14: Jesus said, “Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of heaven belongs to such as these.”
